W88.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend and/or change these terms and conditions, from time to time and without prior notice. Any amendments, modifications, improvements or changes to the Program, including the release of new features and resources that we make available to you from time to time, shall be subject to these terms and conditions. Subscription to the Program after such changes will imply your consent to them.

1. Definitions and interpretation

“Partner” refers to the person (natural or legal) specified as an applicant for our W88.com Partner Program or formerly known as the W88.com Affiliate Program;

“Partner Program” refers to the Company’s W88.com Partner Program, where you will register your new customers and track their transactions;

“Partner Website” refers to websites owned and operated by the Partner where its visitors register in our customer database (by registering on one or more of our products/websites after arriving at the applicable site(s) via a of your click URLs, which will be provided to you when you sign up;

“Contract” means the agreement between the Company and the Partner incorporating these Partner terms and conditions for the programme, and any amendments thereto from time to time;

“Company” refers to the corporate owner that operates the W88.com website.

2. The Contract

This is an agreement between you (the “Partner”) and the Company (“W88.com”). It describes how we will work together and includes other aspects of our business relationship.

3. Acceptance of partners

Once you have completed the application to become a partner, we will review your application and notify you if you have been accepted to participate in the Partner Program. Before accepting you as a member, we may contact you to request more information or details. We will require you to complete certain requirements or certifications before accepting your application. If we do not notify you that you have been accepted to participate in the Affiliate Program within 30 days of your application, your application will be rejected.

If you are accepted to participate in the Partner Program, upon notification of acceptance, the terms and conditions of this Agreement will apply in full force and effect, until terminated, in accordance with the terms set forth below. Additionally, you may be required to complete and/or meet other requirements, if any, as set forth in the Partner Program. If you do not complete and/or meet any of the requested requirements within 30 days of acceptance, this agreement will be terminated immediately and you will no longer be able to participate in the Partner Program.

4. Percentage of partner income

Members will be entitled to a share (commission payment) that will range between 40% and 50% of the net income generated by their players during the calendar month, provided that certain conditions are met.

Net revenue is determined after deducting third party costs incurred by W88.com in connection with the operations of the W88 Sites that are attributable to the activity of its players, including, but not limited to, any payment processing charges, fees marketing fees, license fees, software royalties, including other applicable media fees and charges.

The key conditions for the eligibility of the Partner’s income share are as follows: In each month or payment cycle there must be a minimum of 15 active members, of which at least a minimum of 5 members must be first-time depositors;

In the event of non-compliance with the obligations, the commissions will no longer be carried out and the amount will be considered lost.

In the event that your participation in the Affiliate Program ends for any reason, you will no longer receive commissions.

6. Duration of the Partner Program

The monthly program period begins on the first day of the month and ends on the last day of the month. Bimonthly is defined as having 2 periods per month. The first period begins on the 1st day until the 15th day of the calendar month and the second period begins on the 16th day of the calendar month until the last date of that calendar month.

7. Remuneration of the partner’s participation in the net income (payment of commissions)

Once the conditions of section 4 have been met, only bimonthly or monthly payments will be made. for Commissions over $100.00 with no maximum limit.

To a bank account (or any cryptocurrency account) of the Partner, provided that the bank account details are provided promptly before the specified deadline in a given month (normally the last day of the calendar month).

Partner Commissions are paid within 15 business days following the cut-off period

8. Termination

Events leading to the termination of a Partner would include, but would not be limited to the following:

Failure to comply with the Partner Program agreement: If a Partner violates any of the terms and conditions of the Partner Program agreement, such as engaging in fraudulent activities or promoting prohibited content.

Account Inactive: The Partner has reduced or suspended promotion of our sites will be deemed to represent an inactive account.

Failure to comply with program guidelines: If a Partner fails to comply with the guidelines established by the program, such as failing to include appropriate disclosures or disclaimers.

Misuse of tracking links: If a Partner manipulates tracking links in any way, such as redirecting clicks or generating false transactions.

Legal issues: If a Partner is found to be involved in any illegal activity, such as violating copyright laws or engaging in fraudulent business practices.

9. Limitation of liability

We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Partner Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to grant rights, resources or benefits to any person or entity that is not a party hereto. Our obligations under this Agreement do not constitute personal obligations of our directors, employees or shareholders.

10. Time is of the essence

Time will be of the essence of this Partner Program agreement.

11. Law and jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in all matters relating to or arising out of this Partner Programme.
