Terms & Conditions:

W88AF.com reserves the right at its sole discretion to amend and/or change these terms and conditions herein, from time to time and without any prior notice. Any amendments, modifications, enhancements or changes to the Program including the release of new features and resources made available by us from time to time shall be subject to these terms and conditions. Adherence to the Program after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes. Once you complete an application to join our Affiliate Partner Program, we shall review your application and notify you whether you have been accepted to participate in the Affiliate Program. Before we accept you as affiliate, we may reach out to you for more information or details. We shall require that you complete certain requirements or certification(s) before we accept your application. If we do not notify you that you are accepted to participate in the Affiliate Program within 30 days from your application, your application is deemed rejected.

If you are accepted to participate in the Affiliate Program, then upon notification of acceptance, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall apply in full force and effect, until terminated, pursuant to the terms set forth below. Further, you may need to complete and/or fulfil further requirements, if any, as set out in the Affiliate Program. Failure to complete and/or fulfil any requirements as requested within 30 days of your acceptance will result in the immediate termination of this agreement and you will no longer be able to participate in the Affiliate Program.

AFFILIATE REVENUE SHARE

Affiliate will be entitled to a share during 1st month (commission payout) 20% NGR (Net Gaming Revenue) by your players during the calendar month subject to certain conditions being met.

*Monthly calendar starts on 1st date of the month until the last calendar date in the month.

NGR is determined after deducting from third party costs incurred by W88AF.com in connection with the operations of the W88AF.com sites which are attributable to the activity of your players, including but not limited to any payments processing charges, marketing fees, license fees, software royalties including other applicable media fees and charges.

Example Calculation for Commission:

You will no longer receive commission payments in the event your participation in the Affiliate Program is terminated for any reason.

AFFILIATE OBLIGATIONS

Promoting W88AF.com’s products or services:As affiliate, you must promote the W88AF.com products or services by placing our links or advertisements on your website, social media platforms or other related channels to bring business growth.

Complying with the W88AF.com guidelines:Affiliate are required to comply with certain guidelines, which includes abiding with the requirements of patents and trademarks, prohibit the promotion of adult content and ensuring the use of appropriate disclosures and disclaimers.

Providing accurate and truthful information:Affiliate must ensure that any information provided about W88AF.com products or services is truthful and accurate, and that any claims made can be substantiated.

Not engaging in fraudulent activity:Affiliate must not engage in any fraudulent activity, such as using fake clicks or creating false transactions in order to earn a commission.

Abiding by applicable laws and regulations:Affiliate must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to advertising, data privacy, and consumer protection.

Maintaining confidentiality:Affiliate must maintain the confidentiality of certain information related to W88AF.com business or products.

In addition to the above:

Affiliate is responsible for reporting and accounting for any taxes applicable under the relevant laws for any Affiliate Program commissions that you receive from W88AF.com.
Affiliate must not copy the look and feel of the WW88AF.com sites or have the potential to cause the impression that any sites or landing pages used by the Affiliate is owned, operated or affiliated/partnered with W88AF.com or any of its associated brands. You are not entitled to present any W88AF.com Marks, logos, graphics or other W88AF.com materials on your partner sites or marketing materials other than the marketing materials provided to you by W88AF.com through the Affiliate Program.
W88AF.com reserves the right to demand the immediate takedown or modification of any materials that you distribute, or to demand the cessation of any or all marketing activity in connection with the Affiliate Program.
Affiliate agree that W88AF.com is entitled to review your affiliate marketing activities from time to time and that we may approve/reject marketing methods and Partner Sites used by you in our sole discretion.

Failure to fulfill these obligations may result in the termination of the Affiliate program relationship, loss of commissions, and legal action.

COMMISSIONS PAYOUT

After Affiliate met the conditions of AFFILIATE REVENUE SHARE by then monthly payments will only be made:

Minimum payout for commission is USD100 (or equivalent currency) with no maximum limit.
Payout only will be transferred to a bank account (or any cryptocurrency account) of the Affiliate subject to bank account details provided timely before cut of time as specified in any given month (usually the last day in the calendar month).
Affiliate commission are paid within 15 working days after the cut off period.

TERMINATION

The events leading to the termination of Affiliate would include, but not limited to the following:

Breach of the Partner Program agreement: If affiliate violates any of the terms and conditions of the affiliate Program agreement, such as engaging in fraudulent activity or promoting prohibited content.
Inactive account: Affiliate has reduced or suspended promotion of our sites will be deemed to represent an inactive account.
Non-compliance with program guidelines: If affiliate does not comply with the guidelines set forth by the program, such as failing to include appropriate disclosures or disclaimers.
Misuse of tracking links: If affiliate manipulates tracking links in any way, such as by redirecting clicks or generating false transactions.
Legal issues: If affiliate is found to be engaging in any illegal activity, such as violating copyright laws or engaging in fraudulent business practices.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to provide any rights, remedies or benefits to any person or entity not a party to this agreement. Our obligations under this agreement do not constitute personal obligations of our directors, employees or shareholders.

Time shall be the essence of this Affiliate Program agreement.

LAW AND JURISDICTION

This agreement shall be governed and construed in all respect in accordance with the Laws. Parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of country and region in all matters connected with or arising under this Affiliate Program.
